Room was very small for a single traveller, room wasn’t ready 40mins after check in time (I appreciated they moved me to another available room), telephone didn’t work so I had to keep going downstairs to ask for coffee or info, reception on arrival lead me to believe coffee and tea was included and yet this was added to bill.

Nice location, friendly helpful staff. Very courteous and keen to help. Hotel smells great from the moment you step in. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. The location of the hotel offers access to the metro within a 5 min walk

Great location, comfortable pretty, small hotel.

Very nice staff. Good breakfast. Pretty decor. Comfortable beds. Fairly quiet despite being on a main road. Lovely to hear church bells in morning.

Hand held shower over the bath was the only low point. Bathroom floor very slippery when wet.

Friendly staff & great location

Lovely fresh breakfast items, all high quality and plentiful. The room was small but exactly as described. Decor throughout looked as the photos.

The window in the room didn’t have a great view as it looked onto the back of other very nearby buildings. A room at the front of the hotel would’ve been nicer.

Great value for money! The area is beautiful, safe and very well connected. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The room was very clean and cozy. Would definitely stay there next time!

Room was as expected and described. On the small side but manageable. A stardard double with a large comfortable bed. Lovely decor throughout. Excellent value for money for Paris. The reception staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Excellent choice for a few days in Paris

This hotel is perfectly located near all touristic places, but without the crowds. You can easily access several subway lines in a 600m walking distance. The room is bigger than average and the bed is super comfortable. It is above the average in Paris. All staff was attentive and very friendly.

The breakfast is in the basement, with no windows. The food was also a bit limited, with some fruits and bread, same every day.

Great Stay

Great location and neighbourhood. The hotel décor was cosy and nice. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice view overlooking the church and was fair in size compared to other hotels in Paris, it had everything we needed. The bathroom size was also good. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Overall we had a great stay and we would book this hotel again whenever in Paris.

Lovely boutique hotel with a warm, welcoming vibe.

Beautiful hotel! Great location in the second arrondissement, center Paris. The staff was amazing. Very welcoming. We were celebrating our daughter’s 18th birthday and our 11th anniversary. The manager, Mr. Tebbi, was very friendly and made sure we were happy and content with our Suite. The junior suite was perfect for our family. Lots of space, especially for Paris, beautifully decorated and very comfortable beds. The sofa bed was already made up for us. Daily maid service was very nice. All together we had a lovely stay and didn’t want to leave! After checking out, we realized we left our iPad and couldn’t return to retrieve it. Mr. Tebbi and his staff made sure to return it to my home address. Outstanding. Again, we were very happy with the service and the warm welcoming vibe. Book this wonderful hotel! We can’t wait to return.

Quaint Hotel in a Convenient Location

I wanted somewhere with some French character rather than some modern hotel which could be anywhere in the world. This hotel is small, quaint and well-located with many sights within walking distance although the metro station is less than 5 minutes walk away. Room was a reasonable size with an extra large, comfortable bed. Despite being on the corner of a busy junction it was not particularly noisy at night so we slept well. Lovely view of the church from our little balcony. Decor was charming and there was plenty of storage space with use of a safe. Decent size bathroom with roll top bath and a hand-held shower. The toilet, however, is in a separate cubicle. The reception staff were very helpful, Zahira on arrival and particularly Rosine on departure as she dealt with a potential crisis. Because of the traffic during the Rugby weekend, our airport transport tried to contact us to arrange an early transfer. Unfortunately, I had left my phone in a nearby cafe and when Rosine tried to ring me it was answered by the cafe staff so she arranged for the taxi driver to walk round to collect it. Therefore, when I arrived back at the hotel unaware of anything Rosine reunited me with my phone. If it were not for her I would have left France without it!

The inconvenience of the toilet being in a separate cubicle. The hand held shower over the bath was not ideal. The breakfast room downstairs was very attractively decorated however while there was a very good choice of cold continental items the two warm tureens which should have had scrambled eggs and bacon with sausage were often empty and when requested a small amount was refilled. Not sure it was worth E16 but that was my only complaint about the whole place.
